Lisbon, Maryland . April 18, 2025 |  The Lisbon Christmas Parade Committee is celebrating the continued success of Making Christmas Merry with The 2024 Great Lisbon FARMERS FEED THE HUNGRY Christmas Parade which took place on late last year on Saturday, December 14!

What an amazing day it was in historic Town of Lisbon for our 14th annual parade! The Town was abuzz with the hustle and bustle of preparations. Equestrians were adorning their horses, getting ready to ride, farmers on tractors with floats full of elves, were rallying. Folks arrived early to get the best spot for viewing the parade. And, Days End Farm Horse Rescue's Santa Village was a great gathering area where people could shop, eat and enjoy "Reindeer Rides" before and after the parade!

Tremendous Turnout!

The Lisbon Christmas Parade Committee and Howard County Farm Bureau are delighted to announce that The 2024 Great Lisbon FARMERS FEED THE HUNGRY Christmas Parade continues to be a  tremendous success!

The 14th annual parade brought out the most participants and patrons we've ever seen! An estimated 3,500 parade patrons lined the route in anticipation of the parade!

In the spirit of the season, our local farmers and equestrians used their creative talents to showcase their tractors, horses, goats, dogs and more. With nearly 35 local farmers from Howard and Carroll counties, and beyond drove their festively decorated tractors and farm equipment, and antique farm trucks in the parade. More than 150 horses, under saddle and pulling carriages and wagons, proudly made there way up the parade route!

In addition, Days End Farm Horse Rescue held their annual Santa's Village with "Reindeer Rides" which  drew vendors attracting  patrons to do their holiday shopping and find some delicious treats.
